- Letter Size Paper. A few tips for finding the right paper for you (see further below for paper recommendations):
- Consider how thick/heavy you want your paper to be. Both 28lb & 32lb are most commonly used. If you prefer a heavier more sturdy paper type, 80lb text paper is a great option.
- Look for paper that is intended for color printing. This will help colors appear better and more true.
- Ensure you have selected paper intended for the type of printer you are using. Laser for laser printers and ink jet for Inkjet printers.
- Paper Trimmer
- Bone Folder (optional for Traveler's Notebooks)
- Hole Punch (Ring Bound only)
- Long Arm Staples (optional for Traveler’s Notebooks)

The below options are based on my personal faves!
- For Inserts:
- Hammermill Premium Color Copy Paper 32lb *
- HP Premium 28lb *
- HP Premium 32lb *
- Accent Opaque 32lb* (great for sticker lovers!)
- Note: if you find that your printer doesn't do well with the above options, it's always a good idea to try paper from the same manufacturer as the printer you are using.
- For Journaling Cards:
- Canon Photo Paper Plus, Matte * : Smooth Cardstock (Single sided printing only)
- Canon Double Sided Matte Photo Paper * : Smooth Cardstock
- Epson Presentation Paper, Matte * : Smooth Cardstock (Single sided printing only)
- Epson Velvet Fine Art Paper * : Textured Art Paper (Single sided printing only)
