Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Listed here are finished sizes meaning this is the size the insert will be once they are trimmed and folded (if needed).

A5 RINGS: 5.8" x 8.3"
A5 Wide RINGS: 7" x 8.6"
B6 TN: 5" x 7"
B6 RINGS: 5.3" x 7"
Personal Wide RINGS: 4.75" x 6.75"
Personal TN & RINGS: 3.75" x 6.75"

Q: Why is my download in a compressed/zipped folder?
A: We are only able to upload one file per listing. For any listings that include more than one file, you will receive them in a folder. Folders cannot be uploaded without being zipped/compressed down. To learn how to unzip/decompress your files, see below.

Q: How do I unzip a Folder?
A: For Windows:
    1. Right click on folder you want to open
    2. Locate the 7zip option in the window and select "extract here"
    3. A new folder will appear with all the files. You will now be able to open it normally.

    For Mac:
    1. Double click on the folder you want to open
    2. A new folder will appear with all the files. You will now be able to open it normally.

Q: Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
A: Sorry, we do not accept custom orders. We are, however, always happy to hear ideas and suggestions for potential future releases.

Q: Are you able to customize monthly inserts for Monday start?
A: Sorry, we are unable to offer customizations for any inserts at this time.

Q: Can I use my phone or tablet to print?
A: We recommend using a computer to print your files. We do have customers that successfully print with phones and tablets, but due to less options on apps, we cannot guarantee this method.

Q: How Can I access my downloads?
A: Your downloads are available through the email confirmation sent upon your purchase. Click "view your order" and you will be directed to a page where you can download your files. We recommend saving your files to your computer immediately upon purchase.

Q: I lost my confirmation email. How do I access my downloads?
A: If you cannot locate your email confirmation, you can login or create an account here with the email used to make your original purchase to view your past orders. Send us a message here with your order number and we can resend your confirmation to you.

Q: May I edit your files?
A: Inserts and Journaling Cards may not be edited, resized or altered in any way.
Digital Art may not be edited, but can be resized.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final.

Q: Do you offer printed/physical inserts?
A: In short, we do not. All items sold here are digital and we do not offer printing services or physical items. If you need help learning how to work with digital items, feel free to visit our Learn Page or Contact Us.

Q: Why doesn't my dated weekly or daily insert begin on the 1st of the month?
A: Please note that due to the continuous nature of all dated inserts, each format of inserts coordinates to start where the last left off so please note the start/end dates if you are buying for the first time or switching formats. All info is noted in the listing descriptions so you always know the start/end date of the file you are purchasing.

Q: What size paper do I use?
A: All inserts (unless otherwise noted in the description) can be printed using letter size (8.5" x 11") paper.

If you do not have letter size where you live, you may interchange it for A4 size paper (not recommended for B6 Ring Bound). If you do so, in your print box, go to "page setup" and under "paper size" and select "A4". This will ensure the program settings match the paper size you are printing with.

Q: Can I share with friends?
A: All files are for personal use only. Each person using the file must purchase the listing. For all Terms and Conditions, see here

Q: I DM'ed you on Instagram. Why haven't I heard back?
A: Due to the volume of messages I receive I am unable properly address customer service on this platform. The app will only allow a certain number of DM's which means a lot get deleted before I'm even able to see them! How rude. But! Q: I emailed customer service and have not yet received a reply. What do I do?
A: We're so sorry to hear that. Customer Service messages are addressed every Monday morning EST (excluding holidays). If it's been longer than that, check your junk mail or send us another message. Sometimes emails get lost!

Why is my download in a compressed/zipped folder?
